How to verify your bet365 account ? Know your Customer (KYC), Postal Verification
If you want to take your profit from your bet365 account, you must verify your account otherwise you won’t be able to withdraw your money.

How to verify of Your Account

2. Click on “Know Your Customer”.

Upload one of your Identification documents out of 3 options:
- Passport
- ID Card
- Driving License
Step2
Upload one of your identification documents in Step 2, However if you chose “Passport” in Step 1, you must choose a different document here.

Postal Verification
BET365will mail you a verification letter after you’ve uploaded your documents. The letter goes like this ‘ Know your Customer (KYC) your verification code is *** ‘.
Next, login and click on “My account ” and click on the “Postal Verification ” tab. enter your verification code as shown in the letter and submit.
You’ll get a message that says, “You have successfully completed Postal Verification”, It’s done.

How to verify your bet365 account and withdraw your funds

Step 2 – Bet365 Account Verification
A) Upload your identity document
If you select this option you have to upload one of the following documents : Your passport, your id card or you driving licence.
But don't forget if you already select this option in step 1 then you can't select the same option so you have to select one of the other options mentioned below.
B) Upload Your Supporting Documentation
In this option you have to upload one of the following documents: Bank statement, council tax bill, credit card statement, land line or mobile phone bill, utility bill.
Please make sure the document includes both your complete name and residential address as registered on your bet365 betting account. The documents must not have expired and statements or bills should be dated within the past3 months. For card and bank statements, please blank out all but the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number.
C) Enter your postal verification code
You can also verify your Bet365 account using your postal address, although the process takes longer - usually, 15 to 20 days.
To do this, simply log into your account using your password and proceed to click the 'Services' tab at the top right corner of the webpage. This should also lead to a drop down menu with 'Member' as one of the options. Click on to this to be ushered to another smaller list. Select "My Account", then as detailed above, go to 'Know Your Customer' mini-tab.
From the list of verification options available, select "Postal Verification" and then proceed to fill in your correct postal details. Within two weeks, you will receive mail from Bet365 with the postal code.
Now, go back to the "My Account" section and feed the secret code under the KYC verification tab.
